These terms govern use of this website and any engagement arranged through it, provided by Limbic Human Capital Limited (Hong Kong).

Engagements

Enquiries submitted through this site do not themselves create an engagement. An engagement begins only once scope, fees and terms have been agreed with you separately in writing.

Fees and cancellations

Fees and payment terms are confirmed directly with you before work begins. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Confidentiality and liability

All discussions arising from an engagement are treated as strictly confidential, save where disclosure is required by law. Advice is given in good faith based on professional experience; we are not liable for business decisions made as a result of it, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Questions can be directed to admin@limbic.net.
