Jeremy Stunt leads Limbic Human Capital where he helps senior executives with transformational change so they can be more resourceful and resilient in a world of change and uncertainty and by helping them to be more authentic in how they engage with the world around them. Jeremy combines a unique blend of ontological coaching and neuroscience with over 20 years of personal leadership experience in demanding settings.
As a coach, Jeremy uses an ontological approach which operates at a deep level of learning to produce major shifts in perception and behaviour through the domains of language, emotions and physiology. Jeremy particularly enjoys working with clients to deliver transformational change, typically over an extended period of time and where outcomes are not always easy to predict.
Jeremy has facilitated management and leadership workshops to over 5,000 executives in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia and the USA. He is a Director of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community and he is also an accredited user of Everything DiSC, the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and PRISM Brain Mapping.
Jeremy grounds his work in neuroscience to provide additional rigour and validity, especially with people who might otherwise be uncomfortable exploring subjects like emotional regulation, emotional intelligence or mindfulness training. The fields of social cognitive neuroscience and neuroeconomics are generating new insights into a wide range of issues critical to business success including creativity, drive and motivation, decision-making, emotional regulation, communication, building rapport, relationship management and trust. Jeremy integrates neuroscience implicitly and explicitly into his work which includes courses on stress management, managing commitments and brain productivity.
Jeremy brings immediate credibility and gravitas to coaching and facilitation. His leadership experience comes from running his own business and from holding regional Chief Operating Officer and Chief Finance Officer positions during periods of immense change. Jeremy is based in Hong Kong and has lived in Asia since 1997.
Jeremy has coached and/or facilitated training to senior executives from a wide range of organisations including:
